Compass Dental Care is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a dental assistant and/or receptionist. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting the dentist during procedures
Sterilization and preparation of instruments
Keeping the treatment rooms clean and organized
Communication with patients and staff
Reception duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
Requirements:
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience or prior dental experience is highly desirable.
