What We Are Looking For
Chef Background: Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
Dumpling sense: You have that true "dumpling sense" for dough texture, filling balance, pleating, and cooking techniques.
Language Skill: Mandarin speaking is required for seamless kitchen communication.
Work Ethic: Reliable, effective, and passionate about consistent quality.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
