Join Our Team – Experienced Barista / Front of House

We're looking for an experienced Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our busy, friendly café, with the opportunity to grow into a Supervisor role.

We're after someone who doesn't just make great coffee—they genuinely enjoy making people's day.

What we're looking for:
Previous barista experience with confidence on a busy coffee machine.
A bubbly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build outstanding relationships with customers.
A positive team player who leads by example.
Reliable, punctual and well organised.
Someone who takes initiative, enjoys responsibility, and is eager to grow into a leadership position.
Pride in maintaining a clean, organised and effective café.

Availability

This position requires:
Regular weekend availability (essential).
One to two weekday shifts, depending on your availability.

The role:
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.




Delivering exceptional customer service.
Taking orders and processing payments.
Supporting the team during busy service.
Opening and/or closing the café.
Learning supervisory responsibilities with the opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role.
