ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Furniture Installation Team Leader responsible for on-site installations and daily site management to ensure timely completion, high quality of service and cost-effective management of installation resources. The installation lead will function as the team leader on smaller projects and will work under the direction of our project management team on large projects.
Lead, mentor, and support Installation team
Manage the projects scope of work and any variations to the project with client
Ensures accurate project documentation, including timesheets, change orders, inventory checkout completion
Deliver to our client’s high quality finished commercial installation projects
Takes ownership for project results and delivering of project completion




Monitor and enforce compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S;) and risk management procedures.

YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in delivering projects in a timely manner to the highest of quality
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Attention to detail and high craftsmanship standards
Strong knowledge of Corian installation techniques and best practices an advantage.
Willing to work away from home and advantage
Valid Driver’s Licence and vehicle
Own Tools
Valid OH&S; White Card
Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain
Full Working Rights in Australia – no restrictions on hours
