Sydney Props Specialists is looking for reliable and motivated Casual Event Crew members to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves delivering, loading, unloading, setting up, and packing down event props and décor for a variety of events across Sydney.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:
Loading and unloading trucks and vans
Delivering and collecting event props and décor
Assisting with event installations and pack-downs
Safely handling large and heavy items
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Working independently and as part of a team
Ensuring equipment is transported and handled with care

What We're Looking For
Current Full Driver's Licence (essential)
Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance




Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including:
Early mornings
Late nights
Weekends when required
Experience in events, logistics, removals, warehousing, or deliveries is highly regarded but not essential
