Ready Set Stay is a growing short-term holiday management company seeking an experienced Area Housekeeper (Independent Contractor) to provide property inspection and support services across our holiday homes on Phillip Island.
This is an ongoing contractor opportunity suited to someone who enjoys flexible work, takes pride in presenting holiday homes to a high standard, and operates their own business.
About the role
Services include:
Inspecting holiday homes following guest departures
Reporting guest damage or maintenance issues
Checking cleaning quality and liaising with cleaning teams
Restocking consumables where required
Preparing properties for arriving guests
Coordinating minor property tasks (e.g. gas bottle swaps, bins and errands)
Completing inspection reports using our inspection app
About you
You will:
Hold a current ABN
Supply your own vehicle, phone and laptop
Have excellent attention to detail
Be highly organised and self-motivated
Have robust communication skills
Be comfortable using basic computer systems
Manage your own schedule to complete accepted work within required timeframes
Be reliable and professional

Contract rate: $30.00 per hour plus agreed travel allowance
This is an independent contractor opportunity. Applicants must have an ABN and be able to invoice Ready Set Stay for services provided.
