Urgently Required – Experienced Chef

ANGELOS CRUSH GROUP PTY LTD, trading as Angelo's Crush, is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

At Angelo's Crush, we are known for our authentic Italian cuisine, including delicious pizzas, fresh pasta, salads, dine-in and takeaway meals, as well as our popular breakfast menu. We pride ourselves on providing a beautiful ambience and an enjoyable dining experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present high-quality Italian dishes, including pizzas, pasta, salads and breakfast items.
Develop and maintain menu quality and consistency.
Monitor food preparation and portion control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Supervise and assist kitchen staff during service.
Order, receive and manage food supplies and stock.
Minimise food wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency.
Ensure all meals are prepared to a consistently high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised and protected kitchen environment.

Essential Requirements
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Diploma of Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification.
At least two (2)



years of relevant full time post-qualification experience as a Chef (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
Experience preparing authentic Italian cuisine, including pizza and pasta.
Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.

Salary: AUD $80,000 per annum + Superannuation
