Support Worker (PCA & Respite) – Kinglake, VIC

Care Tribe Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Respite Support for a client located in Kinglake, VIC.

Position Details
Location: Kinglake, VIC
Services: Personal Care Assistance (PCA) & Respite
Employment Type: Casual
Start: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
Deliver respite support in a respectful and qualified manner.
Promote the client's independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate service notes and documentation.
Follow all Care Tribe Services policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
National Police Check
Working With Children Check (if applicable)




Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Right to work in Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused approach
