Gambino is looking for energetic, passionate bartenders to join our growing team.
Our two-level venue combines modern Italian dining with one of Melbourne's largest rooftop destinations, serving premium cocktails, wines and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether it's a busy Friday night, a private function or a relaxed dinner service, you'll be part of creating memorable experiences for every guest.
We're looking for team members who love hospitality, enjoy working in a quick-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and serving a range of classic and signature cocktails.
Pouring beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
Providing friendly, engaging service to every guest.
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
Assisting with stock rotation and restocking throughout service.
Processing orders efficiently and accurately.
Working closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service.
Upholding RSA, food safety and venue standards at all times.
About You
Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant or cocktail venue.
Passion for cocktails,
wine and hospitality.
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player.
Current Victorian RSA certificate.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
