Our client is a leading engineering company specialising in the overhaul and repair of heavy industrial gearboxes. Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their workshop team.

$56.25 per hour + Super

Monday to Friday + overtime available

The role
Overhaul, repair and rebuild heavy industrial gearboxes
Diagnose mechanical faults
Replace bearings, seals, shafts and gears
Read engineering drawings
Complete quality inspections and testing

About you
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (or similar)
Proven gearbox overhaul and repair experience
Robust fault-finding and mechanical skills
Ability to read engineering drawings
Commitment to safety and quality
Current driver's licence
