Martinus is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Project and Site Engineers who are passionate about delivering complex infrastructure projects. As our portfolio of work continues to grow across the state, we're looking to connect with talented engineering professionals who are ready to make an impact.
Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll play an key role in delivering major rail and civil infrastructure projects, contributing from planning through to project completion and a chance to expand your current capabilities with real growth opportunities across the business.
You will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient and successful delivery of construction activities, including:
Coordinating daily site operations and subcontractors and coordinating with stakeholders and authorities.
Planning, documenting and managing construction and rail works
Monitoring project progress, cost and quality outcomes
Preparing and reviewing engineering,
quality assurance and other project documentation
Managing procurement, subcontractors and materials supplied
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
We're interested in hearing from engineers who have:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Previous experience delivering civil, building and/ or rail infrastructure projects
Experience working on rail stations, station upgrades or rail corridor projects will be highly regarded
Robust understanding of construction methodologies, engineering principles and working in live rail settings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
A commitment to safety and delivering quality outcomes
