Complete Tree Management are seeking an experienced and dedicated Arborist & Crew Supervisor to join our professional staff on a full-time basis with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
Duties & responsibilities:
Manage and lead three to four ground crew
Remove, prune & maintain trees
Stump grinding
Ensure work is completed in a timely manner
See that your crew performs work with a focus on safety
Leaving work sites tidy
Experience & attributes:
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
Minimum of certificate 3 in Arboriculture
EWP ticket is preferable
MR truck licence is advantageous
Reliable punctuality & good personal presentation
Ability to lead & motivate a team
