DCCS provides person-centred in-home and community support to NDIS participants across WA.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to join our team. Applicants with Filipino cultural background or language skills are encouraged to apply.

About the Role
Provide person-centred support, including personal care and assistance with daily living
Support emotional wellbeing and community participation
Follow individual support plans in line with NDIS Practice Standards
Maintain accurate documentation including shift notes and incident reports
Observe and report changes in participant health or behaviour

Essential Requirements
Certificate III (or higher)



in Individual Support / Disability / Mental Health / Aged Care / Community Services
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Check
Completion of NDIS mandatory modules
Valid driver’s licence with a registered and insured vehicle
Infection Control Certificate
Medication, Diabetes, and related care certificates
