Required Skills:
Valid Forklift (Counterbalance) licence
Ability to clean and maintain equipment per policies
Data entry and basic documentation skills
Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks and environment
Willingness to work in hot and odorous conditions typical of bitumen plants




Ability to control room operations and move in-process materials

Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in plant operation or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of safety procedures specific to industrial production
Basic mechanical or technical aptitude

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing or plant operations
Experience working with bitumen or in asphalt production environments is advantageous

Other Requirements:
Able to work flexible shifts, including any hours and days as scheduled
Must wear PPE: long pants, long hi-vis shirt, steelcaps
Physically capable and comfortable working in a hot, odorous environment
Location options include Port of Brisbane or Pinkenba, with most work likely in Pinkenba
