Live Well, an established personal training studio in Bondi Junction, is looking for a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. With 20 years of success in the St George and Eastern Suburbs, we’re proud to offer a supportive, non-rent-based coaching workplace focused on long-term member results and coach development.

This is a casual employee role (not a contractor or rent model), hours will dependon your availability and performance. You’ll deliver one-on-one and small group sessions, support client progress, and contribute to a positive, community-focused studio culture.

What You’ll Do:
Coach personalised one-on-one and small team sessions
Guide members through fitness, mindset, and lifestyle changes
Collaborate with allied health professionals to support NDIS clients (within scope)
Help build a solid member base through quality coaching and relationships
Use our established systems to support consistent client results

About You:
Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
1+ year of personal training experience




Confident with client communication and session delivery
Comfortable using basic Google Sheets for programming and tracking
Hold current First Aid & CPR
Legally authorised to work in Australia
Able to reliably commute to Bondi Junction for early morning and in-person sessions

What You’ll Get:
