We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operator to support our production facility at our Arndell Park branch in Current South Wales.

Working as part of a close-knit team, this role is focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment while supporting day-to-day operational activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, practical work and is looking to build experience within a growing national business in the healthcare and environmental services industry.

What you will do
Wash and sanitise 240L and 660L bins to company hygiene and quality standards
Remove clinical waste from containers and bins while following all safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
Correctly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, steel-cap gum boots, and other safety equipment as required.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the production facility
Empty, transport, and stack container bins safely and efficiently
Ensure all stock is returned to the correct locations
Assist with unloading and reloading trucks and containers




Operate plant and equipment in accordance with company standards
Conduct quality checks to ensure operational compliance
Support general production and operational tasks as required

Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Willingness to work varied and sometimes early start times
Robust work ethic with attention to detail
