Who We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a high-volume, a la carte restaurant or premium bar environment
A current and valid RSA
Robust cocktail fundamentals, spirits knowledge, and confidence preparing drinks
Solid wine knowledge and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
Confidence with POS systems, cash handling, and bar stock procedures
A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to thrive during busy services while maintaining attention to detail and presentation




Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
