About the Role
Provide HSE support to Greenbushes, working closely with leaders and crews to enable secure, productive and compliant delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQ Management Plan.
Provide expert mentoring and guidance on HSEQ Management Systems.
Engage with clients on WHS activities and monitor site-based lead and lag indicators.
Assist with accident and incident investigations as needed.
Conduct risk assessments to support operational safety.
Oversee site corrective action and hazard reporting processes.
Perform site inspections and audits according to the annual safety planner and activity planners.
What You’ll Bring
ICAM credential is essential
Australian recognised Auditing qualification is desirable
Experience in HSE within mining
Robust attention to detail and service mindset
Clear communication and ability to work with different teams
Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way
