Key Responsibilities
Complete assembly of medical devices to strict quality and compliance standards, meeting daily production targets.
Ensure proper segregation and control of assembled jobs to prevent errors.
Assist in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives alongside the team leader.
Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Support remediation activities when issues arise to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
Minimum three years’ experience in medical device assembly or cleanroom production.
Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with production methodology principles including quality control and cost management.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, regulated environment.
