Stark Trading Pty Ltd TA Ampol Petrol Station in Tamworth have a vacancy for a full time Retail Manager, who is responsible and takes charge in full and can work independently.

Main Tasks:
Deciding what products to sell and how much stock to keep.
Setting customer service standards.
Buying products and setting prices.
Planning and carrying out marketing and advertising activities.
Selling products and services and helping customers with product information.
Keeping records of stock and financial transactions.
Preparing and managing budgets.
Hiring, training, and supervising staff.
Making sure workplace health and safety rules are followed.

Requirements:
Diploma, Advance Diploma or higher qualification OR
At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the asked formal qualifications.
At least 1 year of experience in similar role.

Salary - $80,000 - $85,000 plus super

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
