Key responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to:
Evaluate customer requirements, raise quotes, convert to orders and purchase
Liaise with customers
Working closing with the operations and finances teams
To follow up and analyse quotes, providing analytical concise analysis
Maintain and update information in the Pipedrive CRM program
To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales role, preferably with Hose Products
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
Solid time management and organisational skills
Process orientated, self-motivated, and a solid team player
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Desirable attributes:
Experience in the Hose and/or Pipe industry
Exposure to NATA, ISO, AS, EN and API standards.
Used Syteline or similar ERP system
Phone/email order processing
