We are seeking a reliable, positive and engaging male support worker to support a 6-year-old participant in Dandenong with ASD Level 1. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, can build a strong and trusting relationship, and is passionate about supporting their growth, confidence and everyday development.
Days Required
School pick-ups during the week
Weekend shifts available

ABN Contractor
Pay:
$45 per hour
$60 Saturday Rate
$80 Sunday Rate
Responsibilities
Build a positive and supportive relationship with the participant
Complete school pick-ups and provide secure transport
Support community access and recreational activities
Encourage independence and assist with age-appropriate skill development
Support the participant in building confidence, communication and social skills
Provide a fun, engaging and supportive environment
Complete brief session notes when required
About You
Male support worker aged approximately 20–35 years (preferred)
Friendly, patient and energetic
Reliable and punctual
Confident engaging with young children and building rapport
Experience in disability support, youth work, education or similar roles is desirable
