We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Department Manager, lead the front-of-house team, and work closely with our Patisserie Kitchen team to deliver exceptional products and experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities:
Support & lead the team – step into leadership during busy periods or when the Manager is away
Operations – manage rostering, stock, and polished displays
Collaboration – work with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Customer experience – resolve inquiries and maintain high standards
Sales & compliance – assist with targets, policies, OHS, and Food Safety
Admin support – scheduling, timesheets, and daily operational tasks

Your Attributes & Abilities




Experience as a supervisor, team leader, or assistant manager in retail, café, bakery, or patisserie
Knowledge of food handling, stock rotation, and perishables
Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Adaptable to work weekends and public holidays
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
