What We're Looking
For Baristas
Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience
Confident in dialling in espresso and latte art
Able to work efficiently during busy service periods
Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Supervisors
Previous café or restaurant supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage service, motivate the team, and maintain high standards
Flexible availability, including weekends
Waitstaff
Previous café or restaurant experience preferred
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
