About the Role

As a PCA, you will be part of a high-functioning clinical team,



providing clinical, holistic and person-centred support to our residents.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting residents with personal hygiene, dressing and daily routines
Supporting residents with housekeeping, errands and daily activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident’s health or wellbeing
Taking vital signs, height and weight
Maintaining residents’ health equipment
Responding to emergency situations
Assisting with rehabilitative exercises
Supporting social, recreational and lifestyle activities
