XO Projects is looking for talented and ambitious project architects to join its team in Melbourne, predominantly working on mixed-used and master planning projects including hospitality, office and multi-residential.

5 years of working experience in Australia is essential for the mentioned role. We seek the proactive, initiative, independent, sociable and responsible working ethic in our friendly and transparent environment. Those who want to actively challenge your own ideas and engage in the architecture discourse on a daily basis will be the best suitable talent for our office. The role also entails a solid initiation and capability on executing design ideas from conceptual to materializing in the Design Development phase.

To be successful, you need to:
Have exceptional design skills in complex project
Be a creative thinker and design enthusiast
Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application




Be responsible and adaptable to prioritise the client and project

For project architect:
Have minimum 5+ years of industry experience
Be a registered Architect
Have knowledge of construction industry legislation, practice and procedures
Have excellent communication skills to work with clients and consultants
Be responsible and proactive to lead the project throughout
Have coaching skills for young members
Have (co) designed and lead a project from conception to completion

Key Position includes:
Full time position (part time negotiable)
Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete ‘packages’ of work to the deadline
Be attentive of client feedback, issues or potential problems and report any issues raised
We value and support the individual initiative and skill learning
