We are currently recruiting for Process Workers to join our team at Chullora.

What you'll be doing

This is hands on, physical work where you help deliver food our customers trust.

Key tasks include:
Loading/unloading meat on trolleys and racks
Assisting machine operators with loading
Labelling, packing, and palletising finished products
Peeling, trimming, and preparing meat cuts
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and secure

You’ll work in cold or chilled environments, handling meat and lifting/pushing up to 25 kgs depending on the role.

Experience isn’t required, the right attitude is. We’re looking for people who:
Prioritise safety
Are physically fit and capable of repetitive, active work
Are reliable, punctual, and open to learning
Can thrive in a quick-paced, process‑driven setting
Have strong attention to detail and take pride in how things are done

Previous food processing or manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential. we’ll train you in everything you need to succeed.
