We are seeking a caring and reliable female support worker to assist a young girl with a disability. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Tamil, patient, and dedicated to supporting her daily needs and encouraging her independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care and daily routines
Supporting participation in activities at home and in the community
Providing companionship and emotional support
Ensuring a protected and positive workplace
Requirements:
Female applicants only (due to personal care needs)
Must be able to speak Tamil fluently
Experience in disability support or a similar role preferred
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
Must have a valid Working with Children Check and relevant clearances
Hours and pay will be discussed at the interview.
