Sydney Seaplanes Lounge is a unique waterfront venue located on Rose Bay, offering exceptional dining experiences alongside Sydney's iconic seaplane operations. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Floor Staff to join our team.

About the Role

As a member of our floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while helping create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating guests
Taking food and beverage orders
Serving meals, drinks and coffee
Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
Providing friendly and qualified service at all times

What We're Looking For




Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (minimum 1 year experience)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
Current NSW RSA certificate (essential)
Barista experience is an advantage, but not essential
