We are looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide quality support to a participant in the Frankston area.

We are seeking male and female support workers with strong communication skills and experience supporting people living with psychosocial disabilities.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will support participants to live independently, build confidence, and engage in their community. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing person-centred support based on individual needs and goals
Supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities
Assisting with community access and social activities
Supporting daily living activities where required
Building positive and skilled relationships with participants
Communicating effectively with participants, families, and the support team
Following individual support plans and organisational procedures
Completing accurate progress notes and reporting incidents as required

About You

We are looking for people who are:




Experienced in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities
Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and respectful
Reliable, qualified, and committed to providing high-quality support
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, where required

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
