The Role We're looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain exceptional food quality and consistency, and be a reliable, hands-on presence in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.

What You'll Be Doing
Running your section efficiently and confidently during service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Tony's Woodfire standards
Ensuring consistency in quality, portion, and presentation every service
Managing mise en place for your section — prep, stock levels, and organisation
Following and upholding food safety, hygiene,



and allergen procedures at all times
Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Communicating effectively with the Head Chef and broader kitchen team
Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or robust Commis Chef ready to step up
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy services
Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality and presentation
A team player who communicates well and supports those around them
Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for food and genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry

Full-time position
Mixed days and evenings across the week
Based in Beecroft, NSW

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
