Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants, landscaping, and maintaining outdoor spaces. You’ll be responsible for general garden maintenance, including planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and ensuring that our clients’ gardens are well-maintained and beautiful throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine garden maintenance, including mowing lawns, weeding, trimming, and pruning plants.
Plant and care for current plants, shrubs, and trees.
Maintain garden beds, mulch, fertilise Gardens and lawns
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet gardening needs.
Adhere to safety standards and ensure gardens are kept clean and organised.





Requirements:
Previous gardening or landscaping experience.
Knowledge of plants, soil, pests, and diseases. (Preferable not essential)
Ability to operate garden tools and equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
Positive physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
A valid driver’s license (required).
Driving trailer experience
Ability to lift up to 30kgs
Police Clearance or willing to obtain

Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
