We are looking for Sushi Maker staff (From 20 - 25 Hours per week, mostly regular hours) Restaurant Award 1 + Annual Leave + Super. (Potential for increase in rate as you progress) seeking long term member that understands Japanese food and culture.
Requirement for this role.
Have knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and culture or be willing to learn
Basic knife skills to prepare ingredients for sushi
Be available either 7am - 12pm
Sushi or similar experience welcome and honoured depending on the experience
Australian residents welcome
English communication skills
Must have Australian working rights
