Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms and common areas.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Helping keep the building clean, functional, and well-presented

What We’re Looking For
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
Robust attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable time-management and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays.
