We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Cantonese-speaking Support Worker to provide personal care and daily living support to a client in Strathfield, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful and dignified personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
Assist with mobility and transfers (where required)
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Light domestic duties and maintaining a clean, secure setting
Support with community access and appointments
Medication assistance (if trained and competent)
Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
Follow the client's care plan while promoting independence, choice, and dignity
Essential Requirements
Fluent in Cantonese (required)
Experience providing personal care
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Right to work in Australia
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable attitude
Desirable
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability), Aged Care, or equivalent
Manual Handling and Medication Assistance training
Previous experience supporting older adults or NDIS participants
