We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking Automotive Dismantler/ Yard Hand / Parts Picker to join our crew. The Role

This is a dual-responsibility role where no two days are the same. You will be splitting your time between carefully pulling parts for customer orders and assisting with the teardown and processing of scrap vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
Parts Picking: Safely and efficiently locate, remove (pick), and label high-quality auto parts from salvage vehicles according to order sheets.
Scrap Processing: Assist the processing team in prepping scrap cars (removing fluids, batteries, tires, and catalytic converters) to get them ready for crushing/recycling.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move cars, heavy engines, and pallets around the yard.
Inventory & Organizing: Keep the yard clean,



organized, and protected. Ensure picked parts are moved to the designated dispatch area.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the yard manager and team members to meet daily processing and shipping targets.

What We Are Looking For
Licensing: Valid Forklift License (LF) is mandatory with proven operating experience.
Work Ethic: A hard worker who takes pride in their stamina and speed, with the ability to handle physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Team Player: Someone who communicates well, supports their crew, and brings a positive attitude to the yard every day.
Tools & Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts and hand tools is highly regarded.
Safety First: A solid commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
