Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide home care support/domestic assistance to participants with support needs including cleaning, cooking, and meal preparation.
Personal care including getting them up, showering and dressing
Driving participants to medical appointments or taking them shopping for groceries/essentials.
Assist participants in successfully coordinating their support needs and in achieving outcomes of their NDIS plan.
Qualified support workers will be providing complex care and medication management where applicable.

Position Requirements:
Home Care Certificate and / or relevant work experience.
Current Driver’s License
Own a registered and fully insured vehicle that meets NDIS requirements (Optional).
Meet Covid – 19 Vaccine requirements – Medical exemption acceptable or willingness to obtain.




Relevant DHS/ NDIS checks and clearances in accordance with role requirements.
A valid National Police Check/Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate.
Current Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Previous support worker experience is desirable.
