Segula Technologies Australia an opportunity for Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Identification of current suitable customers.
Identifying key customer requirements and managing developing the offer response.
Securing and chairing / owning meetings with high level customers.
Assist with customer queries.
Create, maintain and optimise operational dashboards and reports for field teams and leadership.




Identify potential enhancements to our processes / tools that will facilitate growth.
Review and summarise weekly customer experience trends for key stakeholders’ revision and action.
Execute centralised outbound SMS & Email future prospects to customers.
Facilitate continuous improvements by identifying and implementing process optimisations across our sales & supporting teams.
Support and coordinate the execution of internal communications as well as external digital communications to our customers.
Provide day-to-day support for Sales and supporting teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years experience in a sales role
Technical background preferred.
