We make quality, move-in-ready buildings accessible, with transparent pricing and quick delivery. Demand is accelerating and we are ramping up production at our Brisbane factory, so we're expanding the sales team out of our Salisbury HQ.

This is a consultative, high-value sales role. You'll guide customers from first enquiry to signed order, helping families, property owners and businesses choose the right building for their block, budget and goals. Warm leads, a real product, and genuine earning potential (base + uncapped commission, OTE $125,000-$175,000).

What you'll do:
Convert inbound enquiries and self-generated leads into sales
Run consultative conversations by phone, email and in person at our Salisbury display
Prepare quotes, manage your pipeline in CRM, and follow up with discipline
Guide customers through options, site requirements, finance and delivery
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets

What we're looking for:
2+ years in consultative or considered-purchase sales - property, auto, home improvement, capital equipment, or similar high-value products




A closer who also builds trust: strong rapport, active listening, disciplined follow-through
Comfortable owning a pipeline and working in a CRM
Full QLD driver's licence and reliable transport
Based in, or able to reliably commute to, Salisbury QLD 4107

Nice to have:
Experience selling homes, property, vehicles or other high-consideration products
Knowledge of the modular / portable building or construction space
