Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Overnight Front Office All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This is a key role that ensures smooth overnight operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting various hotel functions.
Provide warm and skilled service to all guests during the overnight shift.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
Conduct night audit duties,



including reconciling daily transactions.
Maintain security standards and perform regular safety checks.
Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
