Site Safety NSW is looking for reliable, hardworking labourers to join our growing team. No previous experience is necessary – full training will be provided to the right applicants.
Our main office and workshop is located in Sandgate NSW 2304, with work carried out across Newcastle, the Hunter Region, Central Coast, Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time position available for an immediate start.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
6:00am to 2:30pm
RDO accrual
Annual Leave and Sick Leave entitlements
Overtime opportunities available
Occasional overnight and away work may be offered
About the Role
The successful applicant will be involved in the installation and removal of temporary edge protection systems on residential and commercial construction sites.
Duties include:
Installation and dismantling of edge protection systems
Working at heights on roofs and elevated work platforms
Manual handling and physically demanding labour
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Travelling between worksites using company vehicles
Following company safety procedures and site requirements
Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
Using electronic devices (iPad) to complete job records and site documentation

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Willingness to learn current skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Valuable communication skills
Essential Requirements
Current Driver's Licence
General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Desirable but Not Essential
Working at Heights Certificate
EWP Licence
Construction or roofing industry experience
