RECS Group Australia are seeking permanent mobile plant operator positions. You will be responsible for reporting to the Project Supervisor, you will be required to operate a range of mobile plant including but not limited to Grader, Excavators, Dozers, Articulated Dump Trucks, Rollers, Watercart & Compactors, as required to fulfill project requirements. As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing project requirements. You will be highly motivated, reliable and be committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement principles. Our company has sustainable long term contracts throughout regional NSW.

YOUR DUTIES

· You will perform specifications as per contracts and/or company programs

· You will undertake general maintenance of equipment as required





· You will perform your role with full consideration of the Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities

· You will perform various tasks associated with our civil and environmental mining requirements
Must adhere to company's zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy
A six month probationary trial period will apply to this position

ABOUT YOU

· Current Class C Driver's Licence

· High levels of initiative and the ability to work well in a rapid paced setting

· Operator tickets desirable

· Reliable and self-motivated

· Must be able to work effectively within a team
