Disability Support Worker | Community Access Support | Kingsford NSW

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
Assisting with social and recreational activities.
Implementing and monitoring practices that promote a healthier lifestyle.
Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.
This role involves working with participants with a range of needs, including both low-level support and complex care. Some participants may require assistance with medication prompts, while others may exhibit complex behaviours.

About You:
Qualified, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
Experienced in disability or community care
Adaptable and available multiple days per week
Driver’s licence and car insurance
Experienced in medication administration

NDIS Screening Check
National Police Check
Australian work rights

Job Types: Casual, Contract

Pay: $32.00 – $43.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Long Hours Possible
