We are seeking a full-time skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team based in Bardon, QLD. The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential construction and renovation projects, delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining robust safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from timber and other materials
Interpret drawings, specifications, and building plans
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials
Install windows, doors, frameworks, flooring, and cabinetry
Carry out general formwork and finishing carpentry
Ensure all work complies with Australian building standards and safety regulations
Maintain tools and equipment in positive working condition
Skills and Experience Required
Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s licence
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
