We're looking for motivated and reliable Process Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Process Worker, you'll play an important role in producing our delicious products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning work areas and production equipment
Boxing, packing, and labelling products
Decorating products, including drizzling, dipping, tipping, and sprinkling
Creaming and product preparation
Following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures
Cleaning and sanitising equipment throughout the shift
Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift




Comfortable standing for extended periods
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided

Availability
6:00am – 2:00pm shifts
Full weekday availability required
Flexibility to work weekends when required
Availability across a 7-day roster is highly regarded
