Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance.
Encourage residents to achieve personal goals and maintain independence within the community.
Create a secure and respectful environment, upholding each resident's dignity and rights.
Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential or aged care support.
Skills: Excellent communication skills,



empathy, and adaptability to diverse needs.

Salary & Contract:
Market-competitive salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
A secure full time position based in Liverpool, NSW.

Work Location:
On-site at Liverpool, NSW.
