The Elegance Lounge is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our growing team on a Part-Time basis under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives warm, skilled service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Your Responsibilities
Greeting and seating guests with a welcoming attitude.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
Serving food and drinks professionally.
Recommending menu items, specials, and beverages.
Preparing and serving drinks, including alcoholic beverages where required.
Processing payments using the POS system.
Setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment.
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Delivering outstanding customer service during busy lunch and dinner services.

What We're Looking For




Minimum 1 year of Front of House/Food & Beverage experience (preferred).
Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality venues is highly regarded.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
Well-presented with a professional appearance.
Flexible availability
Current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain immediately).
Food Safety Certificate is an advantage.
