Light disability services is seeking dedicated female support worker to join our compassionate team in Camden NSW. As a casual Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and lead fulfilling lives. What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and social engagement to promote the wellbeing and independence of our clients
Implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
Reporting any changes in client's condition or needs to the care team
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards
Collaborating with the wider care team to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for
Relevant experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar care-oriented role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and a versatile, adaptable mindset
Commitment to upholding the dignity,



privacy, and rights of our clients
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
