Key Responsibilities
Ensure incoming products are inspected and released in line with approved specifications and regulatory requirements
Ensure all handling, storage, and distribution of products meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Conduct quality monitoring activities, investigate non-compliance, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of corrective actions
Maintain and improve procedures, ensuring compliance through training and internal audits
Manage product quality issues including complaints and product integrity concerns
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing guidance on quality and compliance matters

What You’ll Bring to the Role
Previous experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated industry
Robust understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience managing processes such as deviations, investigations and corrective actions
High attention to detail and solid documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and provide guidance




Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry standards
Relevant tertiary qualification in science, pharmacy, or a related field
