Key Responsibilities
Collecting wheat and flour samples
Monitoring production processes
Accurately recording information on required forms
General housekeeping duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting assigned areas
Adhering to food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures at all times
About You
Strong awareness and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;)
Valuable attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pre-skilled milling operator experience highly regarded
Fit for work with no known allergies, suitable for a food manufacturing environment
Safety & PPE Requirements This is a food manufacturing facility, and strict hygiene and safety standards apply. Required PPE includes, but is not limited to:
Hair and beard coverings
Safety glasses
Safety footwear
What We're Looking For
A candidate with a solid safety mindset and sound OH&S; understanding
Previous experience working in a manufacturing workplace of any description is highly desirable
Previous milling or grain-handling experience highly regarded
Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards
